CESA 9 facilitates a consortium of districts to access an environmental/occupational health and safety management program at reduced rates. This program provides for a contract with MacNeil Environmental for comprehensive written compliance plans, survey and surveillance services, employee trainings and comprehensive record keeping. Current member districts include Antigo, Athens, Lac du Flambeau, Marathon, Northland Pines, Prentice, Rhinelander, Rib Lake, and Three Lakes.

CESA 9 also provides access to an environmental/occupational health and safety management program provided by CESA 10. Districts currently accessing this program include Edgar, Merrill, and Stratford.
