The delivery service will utilize the US Postal System (USPS) for all "hard copy" CESA 9 communications including general mail, staff development  brochures, etc. For all participating districts, mail will be bundled and shipped once per week using the USPS "if it fits, it ships" program, when applicable or general mail as appropriate. All districts will be responsible  for their own inter-intra mailings between CESA and other districts as the WALTCO  courier service has been discontinued. Districts opting not to participate in the delivery service will be responsible for collecting and transporting their own mail for dissemination within their districts. Base Fee: $570 per year.
