Behavioral Strategist Service

This service was adopted between CESA #9 and Northwoods Alliance for Children & Families (NACF) as one effort to provide "wraparound" service to their clients – bridging the gap between Family, Mental Health, and Education.

Goals & Objectives

  1. To maximize program effectiveness by organizing or coordinating resources both in the community and in the school or district for a more effective means of behavior management and utilization of existing staff.
  2. To provide crisis intervention and prevention through systematic safe-school planning on an individual, school building, or district level.
  3. To promote capacity building through staff development, both formal and informal, which may include inservices, trainings, consultations or assistance in setting up workshops, school-wide initiatives, or community-based programs.
