This service was adopted between CESA #9 and Northwoods Alliance for Children & Families (NACF) as one effort to provide "wraparound" service to their clients – bridging the gap between Family, Mental Health, and Education.
Goals & Objectives
- To maximize program effectiveness by organizing or coordinating resources both in the community and in the school or district for a more effective means of behavior management and utilization of existing staff.
- To provide crisis intervention and prevention through systematic safe-school planning on an individual, school building, or district level.
- To promote capacity building through staff development, both formal and informal, which may include inservices, trainings, consultations or assistance in setting up workshops, school-wide initiatives, or community-based programs.
